So most of us take accuracy of information found in Michel catalog for granted. In his blog, Ray posted simple yet interesting question about the correctness of using name Zargrad to describe the 1941 local issue of Zarasai. Any similarities between Zargrad and Zarasai are purely coincidental. German (Ostland) postal authorities used name Ossersee between 1941 and 1944.
